I watched much of today's Prime Minister's Questions. It was dominated by the newspaper headlines, accompanied by rival 'posters,' that attempted to enliven the debate on care for the elderly. As a Briton who is three parts English and one part Scots, I'm tempted to ask how come the Scots can manage a system of sorts and that the rest of us are still arguing about one.
